Tuscan Village restaurants cover nearly every kind of meal, from a sandwich or a burrito bowl to a steakhouse dinner, and they all sit within a short walk of one another off I-93 Exit 1. The village says it has more than 15 restaurants. Below is every place to eat and drink listed in the official Tuscan Village directory as of October 2026, grouped by how you want to eat, with addresses and posted hours.

Sit-down Tuscan Village restaurants

Tuscan Kitchen

The restaurant that started it all, opened in 2010 by Tuscan Village developer Joe Faro. House pastas, crudo, steaks and the tableside Tagliatelle al Tartufo. The restaurant’s site lists 11:30 a.m. opening daily and weekday happy hour from 3 to 5 p.m. 19 Via Toscana, (603) 952-4875.

The Capital Grille

The village outpost of the steakhouse chain, with a clubby room. Directory hours: 11:30 a.m.–9 p.m. Monday–Thursday, 11:30 a.m.–10 p.m. Friday, 4–10 p.m. Saturday and 4–9 p.m. Sunday. 19 Artisan Dr., Suite 3000.

Tavern in the Square

The chain’s biggest location, with two floors and a patio. Pub food, pizzas, a kids’ menu, weekend brunch from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and a late-night menu. Open until 1 a.m. Thursday–Saturday. 16 Via Toscana, (603) 685-3135.

The Rooftop at The Artisan

Cocktails and shareable plates on top of The Artisan Hotel, with a 24-seat bar and lounge nooks for year-round use. The directory lists weekend brunch. 19 Via Toscana, Suite 550, (603) 458-3028.

Tuscan Market

An Italian grocer with a full-service café: Neapolitan pizza, fresh pasta, panini and pastry. Open 8 a.m.–9 p.m. Monday–Thursday, 8 a.m.–10 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 8 a.m.–9 p.m. Sunday. 9 Via Toscana, (603) 912-5467.

The Friendly Toast

A retro scratch kitchen and bar known for its creative menu and one-of-a-kind drinks, according to the directory. 18 Via Toscana.

  • Caffè Artisan, off the lobby of The Artisan Hotel, 15 Via Toscana, Suite 1050: Lavazza coffee, in-house pastries and breakfast, 6 a.m.–8 p.m. daily.
  • Salt & Straw, 400 Artisan Dr., Suite 1000: small-batch ice cream, 11 a.m.–11 p.m. daily.
  • Crumbl, 55 Central St., Unit D: a rotating menu of six cookie flavors each week, 8 a.m.–10 p.m. Monday–Saturday; closed Sunday.
  • Starbucks, 99 Rockingham Park Blvd., 5 a.m.–8 p.m. daily, and Dunkin’, 4 Mall Rd., from 4:30 a.m. on weekdays. Both are in the village directory.
  • Caffè Nero, 600 Via Toscana, is listed as coming soon.

Bars and drinks

  • The Rooftop at The Artisan: the village’s cocktail bar with a view (see above).
  • AV Wine Bar, 16 Artisan Dr., (603) 328-8975: New Hampshire wines from Appolo Vineyards, with more than 24 wines by the flight, glass or bottle and scratch-made small plates. Hours on its site: noon–9 p.m. Monday–Thursday, noon–10 p.m. Friday and Saturday, noon–6 p.m. Sunday.
  • Sun Cruiser Social Club: a family-friendly, open-air bar built from shipping containers, with lawn games, live music, light bites and firepits. Posted hours: 3–9 p.m. Monday–Thursday, noon–10 p.m. Friday and Saturday, noon–9 p.m. Sunday.
  • Sam Adams Pavilion at Tuscan Market: a beer garden with Sam Adams on draft, spritzes, cocktails, made-to-order panini and lawn games such as cornhole and giant Jenga.
  • Tavern in the Square: the late-night option, open until 1 a.m. Thursday–Saturday.

Groceries and cooking classes

Tuscan Village also has Whole Foods Market (24R Via Toscana), a 34,900-square-foot store that opened July 22, 2026, as the chain’s first in Salem and fifth in New Hampshire. It is open 8 a.m.–9 p.m. daily. There is also Market Basket (69 Central St.), open 7 a.m.–9 p.m. Monday–Saturday and 7 a.m.–8 p.m. Sunday. The Cooking School at Tuscan Market, run with Williams Sonoma, holds hands-on cooking classes, mixology classes and guided wine tastings.

Tips for eating at Tuscan Village

  • Parking is free. The village has dozens of free, lit parking lots.
  • Watch the calendar. Festivals fill the restaurants. The Parmigiano Reggiano Festival runs Oct. 10–11, 2026, and the tree lighting is Nov. 21. Check the events page.
  • Hours differ by source. The directory and some restaurants’ own sites list different hours. Check the restaurant’s site or call.
  • Budget for the meals tax. There is no sales tax in New Hampshire, but the 8.5% meals and rooms tax applies to restaurant checks.
